Kaina, our church service and discussion, will meet via Zoom on Sunday, January 12th at 2:00 pm EST.
Our subject this time is “Piety,” and we will be considering the relationship between acts of worship and our everyday life.
On the one hand there are such things as going to church, reading the Word, listening to sermons, singing hymns and so on. On the other hand there are the many things involved in an everyday life in this world, such things as going to work, housework, shopping, and even such irritations as arranging for household appliances to be fixed.
What is the relationship between these two aspects of life? What is their relative importance?
